| Step 7 - Edit Parcels |
Edit Tags Lets start by editing the tags on the parcels. SDRTransfer has a go at getting the tags in the right place but, as you can see from the image below, it doesn't get it 100% right. Select the parcel you want from the grid at the bottom, click "Pick Centre" then click in the centre of the Parcel (as shown). Use the class drop down to change the class of the parcel if needed. Edit the area directly in the data grid if needed. You can select a class from the drop down on the right and press the 'update class' button to apply a new observation class to the boundaries of the selected parcel.

Parcels to Cancel The next step is to select a parcel to be cancelled, a cancelled parcel is the underlying parcel or parcels for your subdivision. You will only be able to cancel parcels if you extracted data from Landonline first, otherwise you will need to do this from within LOL (not hard to do). Click the "parcels to cancel" tab then click "select". Scroll through the parcels and make the "Cancel" column "Y" for (by clicking the small arrow on the right) for the the parcels you want to cancel. If the parcel you want to cancel is not in the list, don't worry you can select it in Landonline later.
